1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation. You agree that any claims brought against ph3bet must be commenced within one (1) year of the cause of action arising, after which time such claims are permanently barred.
